Overview

Ekho Checkout surfaces every promotion available to you in one place. The Promotions card in your order summary previews the most you can save, lists how many offers are applied and available, and opens a full promotions browser where you can enter a code, pick between competing offers, and remove anything you no longer want. Applied savings are itemized in your order summary so you always know which promotions reduced your total and by how much.

Where to find it

The Promotions card sits inside the order summary on the right side of checkout. When eligible savings exist, the header shows a green Save up to $X tag and a count line (for example, 1 promo applied • 3 promos available). Click Manage promos to open the full browser.
The savings preview reflects only promotions that are compatible with your currently selected payment method. Switching between Cash, Finance, and Lease can change which offers are eligible.

Apply a discount code

1

Open the promotions browser

Click Manage promos (desktop) or tap the floating promotions bar (mobile).
2

Enter your code

Type or paste your code into the input at the top of the modal and press Apply.
Valid codes are applied immediately and appear in the Applied list above the input. Invalid codes show a short reason (for example, that the code has expired or does not match your vehicle), and you can dismiss the invalid row to try again.
3

Close the modal

Click Done to return to checkout. Your savings remain applied to the order.

Browse eligible offers

Below the code input, the modal lists every promotion your cart qualifies for as a card. Each card shows the promotion artwork, the offer name, a short description, and two actions:
  • Apply: adds the offer to your order. Once applied, the action flips to Remove.
  • Learn more: opens the full terms and conditions in a details view.
On desktop, cards lay out in a two-column grid; on mobile, they stack one per row. The modal header mirrors the order-summary count: X promos applied • Y promos available.

Pick between competing offers

Some manufacturer campaigns let you choose one of several mutually exclusive offers, most commonly a promotional APR or a cash rebate on the same vehicle. These appear as a single Unlock special offers card at the top of the eligible list with the offers shown side-by-side (desktop) or stacked (mobile).
1

Pick an offer

Select the radio for the offer you want. The Apply button stays disabled until you make a choice.
2

Commit your choice

Press Apply. The card stays expanded with both offers visible: your selected offer is highlighted, and the alternative is dimmed to show it is no longer in effect.
3

Change your mind

Press Remove on the combined card to clear your decision. The picker re-opens with your previous choice pre-selected so you can switch and re-apply.
Until you pick an offer (or explicitly select a payment method), a buyer-selection campaign stays unresolved. It does not silently apply a default. The Savings row in your order summary shows an Unlock special offers prompt with a Choose an offer button that opens the same picker.

Remove a promotion

You can remove an applied promotion from two places:
  • Promotions browser: open the modal and press Remove on the applied card.
  • Applied rows: each applied promotion in the modal’s top list has its own remove control.
Savings disappear from your order summary immediately, and the X promos applied count updates in both the order-summary card and the modal header.

Where savings appear

After a promotion is applied, your order summary updates in two places:
  • Vehicle price: product discounts (for example, $500 off or 5% off) appear as a tagged line directly under the vehicle price.
  • Savings: rebates (for example, a $1,000 manufacturer rebate) appear in a dedicated Savings section between Vehicle price and Taxes & fees. Each applied rebate gets its own line with a tag icon and the savings amount.

Buyer-selection campaigns on the Savings row

A campaign that lets you choose between a financing offer and a rebate renders one of three states in the Savings section:
Financing promotions (such as promotional APR) are reflected in your financing terms rather than as a dollar amount on the Savings row.

Receipts on the financing payment page

When you reach the financing payment page (after accepting a loan offer), the vehicle’s amount-due breakdown groups your applied promotions into two rows so the totals are easy to scan:
  • Rebate: the sum of every rebate-type promotion applied to this vehicle, shown as a single negative line.
  • Other discounts: the sum of every product-discount-type promotion applied to this vehicle, also shown as a negative line.
Rows only appear when their total is greater than zero, so a buyer who only redeemed a single rebate sees a Rebate line and no Other discounts line. Each individual promotion is still recorded against the order, the aggregation is a display convenience.

Stacking multiple promotions

You can apply multiple promotions to a single order when they are configured to stack. The order-summary card shows a live count of how many are currently applied, and the Savings section breaks out each one on its own line so you can see the contribution of every promotion to your total. If two promotions are mutually exclusive (for example, two offers in the same campaign), they appear together on a single combined card and you pick one explicitly via the steps above.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Codes are case-insensitive but must match exactly. Verify the code has not expired, that it applies to the vehicle in your cart, and that you meet any buyer eligibility requirements. The invalid row in the modal shows the specific reason; dismiss it to try a different code.
Yes, as long as the promotions are configured to stack. Each applied promotion appears as its own row in the modal and its own line under Savings. If two promotions conflict, they appear on a single combined card and you choose between them.
Your vehicle qualifies for a campaign that requires you to pick between competing offers (typically a promotional APR or a rebate). Click Choose an offer to open the picker, select the offer you prefer, and press Apply. The row updates to show the savings or financing offer you committed to.
The Savings section only renders when at least one rebate-type promotion is applied or an unresolved buyer-selection campaign is eligible. Product discounts appear under Vehicle price instead, and financing offers are reflected in your loan terms.
Yes. Reopen the promotions browser and either re-enter the code or press Apply on the offer card. For combined campaign cards, your previous choice is remembered and pre-selected when the picker re-opens.
