Overview
Choose pickup to collect your vehicle at an authorized location. You’ll select the pickup option, choose a pickup location from the available list, and see pickup costs (usually free). Once saved, Ekho will coordinate with the location to prepare your vehicle and keep you updated via email when it’s ready for pickup.How It Works
During checkout, select “Pick up” from the delivery options. You’ll see a list of available pickup locations sorted by distance from your location. Select your preferred location, review the pickup costs (typically $0), and click Continue to save your selection.The pickup location will often be the dealership where the vehicle is located.

Click the “Pick up” option to expand it and see the list of available pickup locations. Pickup Ready Date: The pickup ready date varies and isn’t shown upfront because:- Your vehicle may need to be shipped to the pickup location first
- The location may need time to prepare your vehicle
- Timing depends on vehicle availability and location schedules
- You’ll receive email updates with a specific ready date later

View Delivery Options
You’ll see delivery options on the page. The “Pick up” option displays pickup costs and notes that the ready date can vary.
You can see the Pick up option with cost information.

Select Pick Up
Click on the “Pick up” option to choose pickup instead of delivery. The option highlights as selected and expands to show the location selector.

Choose Pickup Location
When you select “Pick up,” a list of available pickup locations appears below. Each location shows:- Location name
- Full address (street, city, state, ZIP)
- Distance from you (e.g., “12.5 miles away”)
- Your browser will ask for permission to use your location
- If you grant permission, distances are calculated automatically
- Locations are sorted nearest to farthest
- If location services aren’t available, distances show as ”-” but you can still select a location

View Available Locations
After selecting “Pick up,” you’ll see a list of pickup locations sorted by distance.

Select Your Location
Click on the location you want to use for pickup. The location becomes selected (checkbox checked) and moves to the top of the list with a “Remove” option.
Your preferred pickup location is selected.

Change Selection (If Needed)
If you want to choose a different location, click “Remove” on the selected location or click a different location row. You can change your selection anytime before saving.

Review Pickup Costs
The pickup cost is displayed in the Pick up option description (e.g., “Pickup costs $0”). This cost:- Can be $0 (no additional charge for pickup)
- May show a cost if the vehicle needs to be shipped to the pickup location
- Is an estimate until final confirmation
- Updates automatically if costs change
Save Your Pickup Selection
Before saving, make sure:- You’ve selected a pickup location
- You’ve reviewed the location address
- You understand the pickup ready date will vary
- You’ve confirmed the pickup costs

Yes, you can update your pickup location before your vehicle is ready for pickup. Contact Ekho support or update it in your Buyer Portal if the option is available.

Distances are calculated using your browser’s location services. If you denied location permission or location services aren’t available, distances will show as ”-” but you can still select a location. Grant location permission to see distances and have locations sorted by proximity.

If you see “There are no locations available,” it means no pickup locations are configured for your vehicle. You’ll need to choose “Ship” for home delivery instead, or contact Ekho support for assistance.
